The manpage for mpif77 indicates that -f77=name is a valid command line
argument, but the command neither uses nor consumes it. This holds for
both 2.2 and 2.1.

In prior versions (2.0), 'mpif77 -f77=name' behaves the same as 
'mpifort -fc=name'.

Is this a documentation bug or an implementation bug?
