Hello,

Looking at the config.log, it looks like the gcc compiler you have does not
recognize the "-xAVX" CFLAG. Can you try removing it and retrying? You may
face similar issues with the "-mavx" CFLAG as well. If so, can you please
try to remove that and trying?

gcc: language AVX not recognized

On a different note, I see that you are using GNU compilers for CC and CXX
and Intel compilers for FC. I'd recommend either using all GNU or all Intel
compilers.
