[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH2-MIC sources

Hi,
I would like to test the MVAPICH2-MIC 2.0 Library, for my KNC, but I only find the binary version which is for icc14 with ib here : http://mvapich.cse.ohio-state.edu/downloads/

As my box is a redhat 6.5, KNC, icc16, without ib, I would like to compile it myself, but I can't find the sources or even the compile procedure.

Is someone can help me with this ?
