[mvapich-discuss] Building MVAPICH2 2.2a fails

I'm attempting to build MVAPICH2-2.2a and am receiving errors during the
build.

My configure command:

./configure --enable-shared --enable-threads=multiple \
    --with-device=ch3:mrail --with-rdma=gen2 \
    --with-pm=slurm --with-pmi=pmi2 \
    --enable-ckpt --with-hwloc \
    --with-ibverbs=/usr --with-slurm=/usr \
    --prefix=/apps/gcc-5_2/mvapich2/2.2a

The build fails on 'make -j4'.

The build is using gcc-5.2.0 with SLURM 14.03.10.

The error is below.  The full build output is attached.

lib/.libs/libmpi.a(lib_libmpi_la-cr.o): In function
`CR_IBU_Reactivate_channels':
cr.c:(.text+0x1cd6): undefined reference to `MPIDI_CH3I_SMP_attach_shm_pool'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
