Hello Eric. The unit for latency is usec and MB/s for bandwidth. Each
benchmark prints out the units during its run.
Example:
mpirun_rsh -export -hostfile /tmp/tmp.19T2ALyk7A -n 2 osu_bibw
# OSU MPI Bi-Directional Bandwidth Test v5.0
# Size Bandwidth (MB/s)
1 3.62
2 7.51
4 15.06
8 28.02
16 58.05
32 114.10
64 223.83
128 435.15
256 830.25
512 1452.15
1024 2330.16
2048 3023.21
4096 4057.69
8192 5861.25
16384 8495.77
32768 12379.71
65536 15407.75
131072 17126.77
262144 14844.16
524288 14759.74
1048576 14846.43
2097152 14196.25
4194304 5898.25
For information on running the collective benchmarks with 2+ processes
please take a look at the MVAPICH userguide:

and the OMB readme:

I hope you find this helpful.
