[mvapich-discuss] using MVAPICH2 with other launchers

If I want to launch an MVAPICH2 binary with another launcher from the
MPICH family, what environment variables do I need to set manually to
make this work?  I know this is outside of the fully supported regime,
but I figure it is something that your team will have ideas on how to
do.

The reason I ask is that we have tools that are already setup to use
another launcher and we'd like to not have to reconfigure them if
there is a simple workaround.
