[mvapich-discuss] Obtaining older releases

I admit, I have been lazy. I could build them manually. However if I
wanted to get 1.8 version of mvapich2 it would have been impossible
anyway. It would be quite nice to have source packages available for
download.

I originally wanted to do this because I have been having problems with the 2.0 release but I could (at least for now) work around the problems in 2.0 release. So this issue is not so important. But it would have been nice to be able to obtain older versions in future.
