Hello Yanfei,

No. This will not have any impact on performance in a RoCE environment.

The "--disable-mcast" configure flag disables the use of InfiniBand (IB)
hardware-based multicast feature in MVAPICH2. To the best of our knowledge,
this feature is not available on non-IB networks. Hence, disabling this
feature will not lead to any performance degradation.
