[mvapich-discuss] MV2_CPU_BINDING_LEVEL & MV2_CPU_BINDING_POLICY, upper case or lower case options?

Dear MVAPICH group,

the question may sounds a bit dumb... do MV2_CPU_BINDING_LEVEL and MV2_CPU_BINDING_POLICY accept both lowercase and uppercase values (e.g. "SOCKET" and "socket")?
