[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH2-GDR linker error - undefined reference to cuPointerSetAttribute

Hello,

When I try to build my MPI application with MVAPICH2-GDR and cuda-5.5,
The following linker error occurs:
   /opt/mvapich2/gdr/2.0/gnu/lib64/libmpich.so: undefined reference to cuPointerSetAttribute

(OS: Linux 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64)

It seems that libcudart.so does not include cuPointerSetAttribute.
