hi all,

i am trying to run graph500 banchmark code with mvapich.
i ran this configuration for mvapich,

./configure --prefix=/home/sheikhi/mvapich2 --enable-cxx --enable-threads=multiple --disable-fast  --disable-mcast
--enable-g=all --enable-error-messages=all
with debug mode.

and i am able to compile graph500 code with mvapich.
following command i ran:

mpiexec -f hostfile -np 2  -env MV2_DEBUG_CORESIZE=unlimited -env
MV2_DEBUG_SHOW_BACKTRACE=1  -env MV2_ENABLE_AFFINITY=0
./graph500_mpi_custom_2 18


but  after that at run time i got stuck after some time(after graph generation in code).

In debug mode i observe that in graph500 code MPI_INIT_THREAD() fails and it causes segmentation fault .

please give me suggestions how to get out this.
