[mvapich-discuss] Failed to dealloc pd (Device or resource busy) message, what does it mean?

Does anyone know what this message means:
Failed to dealloc pd (Device or resource busy)

We have been seeing this when running our atmospheric model with
mvapich2.0b when the executable finishes and get identical messages from
the root process on each node being run on.

It doesn't seem to affect anything as the code completes fine without
throwing any errors so this is just more for our own curiosity.
