[mvapich-discuss] Compiling MVAPICH (the original one)

I know MVAPICH is old and obsolete, but we have a customer who is still
using it and having problems with our software, and we'd like to compile up
our own copy to attempt to replicate the problem.

Only MVAPICH2 now seems available from the website, where can I get the old
source code, and are there any tips for compiling it on a modern OS like
RedHat 6.4 with gcc?
