[mvapich-discuss] LiMIC2 in mvapich-1.9b

I am trying to follow the instructions for building with LiMIC2 in mvapich2-1.9b at http://mvapich.cse.ohio-state.edu/support/user_guide_mvapich2-1.9b.html#x1-580006.6 . However, there is no "configure" in that directory. Although I'm not well versed in it, I tried running autoconf to see if I could generate configure, but that just reported errors that I have no idea how to fix.
