[mvapich-discuss] configure: error: 'infiniband/mad.h not found. Please retry with --disable-mcast'

Michael, you'd need to install libibmad-devel.  This provides the
development files for multicast support to be enabled.  This is an
important feature which would lead to performance degradation if
disabled automatically.  We plan on improving the error message in
future releases.
