[mvapich-discuss] Associating errors with nodes

When running MPI applications occasionally I see the following errors in 
my error file "Got unknown event 17 ... continuing ...". I was wondering 
if there was way to know which host was the source of this issue. I am 
using mvapich2-1.9a2 on these nodes.
