[mvapich-discuss] mpirun_rsh equivalent to prepend-rank?

All,

I was wondering if there is an mpirun_rsh equivalent--via environment 
variable, say--to Hydra's -prepend-rank option? Sometimes it's a useful 
tool to know who's printing what in a program's output (before firing up 
a debugger, say).
