[mvapich-discuss] mpirun_rsh missing in version 1.8?

I just downloaded and compiled version 1.8 using the following options 
but for some reason mpirun_rsh is missing.  These are the same options I 
used to compile 1.5.1p1 except the f90 opts were changed to fc.

./configure --prefix=${RPM_BUILD_ROOT}/opt/sys/mvapich2/%{ver}/%{type} \
         --enable-f77 \
         --enable-fc \
         --enable-cxx \
         --enable-romio \
         --enable-threads=default \
         --with-rdma=gen2 \
         --with-pm=remshell

I tried using the --enable_rsh but that didn't work either.

Am I missing something?
