[mvapich-discuss]Infiniband - how do I know that it is working?

On our system we've used the collectl utility, which can show traffic
over Infiniband.

The interesting thing is that when I built OpenMPI, I only chose a
standard configuration, yet it was able to detect and utilize the IB
interconnect.  I could only force it to communicate over Ethernet using
a run-time switch.
