[mvapich-discuss] Followup on hydra vs. mpirun_rsh for large scale jobs

This is a followup to a recent thread regarding which launcher the MVAPICH team
recommends for large jobs.  Are there plans to add MPMD launching to the mpiexec.mpirun_rsh
command line syntax?  Currently it can be done via a config file, but most other
systems that my users work with can use the colon syntax like what is available through
mpiexec.hydra.
