[mvapich-discuss] ScELA & Hydra

A few years ago, I read "ScELA: Scalable and Extensible Launching
Architecture for Clusters" - I was wondering if it is opensource yet?

I looked at the source tree recently to look for something else, I
could only find Hydra - is MVAPICH going to use Hydra instead of
ScELA?
