[mvapich-discuss] Readme mpiexec example is not working

I don't recall, it may have been -machinefile.  I'd suggest trying to
debug the problem you're seeing with mvapich2-1.7a2 or moving to the
latest stable version, mvapich2-1.6.  You can use the following link
to download the latest tarball from the 1.6 branch.
