[mvapich-discuss] Build error --with-device=osu_ch3

 Hi, all
    An compilation error occured when building for device infiniband.
   
     ./configure --prefix=/data/software/mvapich2-1.7a_pgi_32 --with-device=osu_ch3
 
    the error is:

		Can't find include file mpidpre.h (/public/users/wulidan/software/source/mvapich2-1.7a/src/include/mpiimpl.h: 146)

    I found that mpidpref.h only exists in the following locations:
./src/mpid/dcmfd/include/mpidpre.h
./src/mpid/ch3/include/mpidpre.h

   A complication for device ch3 seems correct.
