[mvapich-discuss] PMGR_COLLECTIVE ERROR: MPIRUN_RANK

Hi Sayantan,

thank you very much for the response.

Actually, I didn't compile MVAPICH-1.1.0 myself, but it came along with
ROCKS installation. So I am not sure about whether it has been compiled
with sockets or ch_gen2 interface. Is there any commands or way to find
out the same?. I certainly want to upgrade to MVAPICH2-1.4.1.

I was wondering whether this could be common and simple problem to fix.
