[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH undefined refence to `MPI_INIT_`

Hello Mr. Huo.  I tried to reproduce your problem using the same version of
intel compilers however everything worked fine.  Can you provide the *.log
files so that we can debug this further.  Anything peculiar or other issues
encountered during the build should be noted as well.  Thanks in advance.
