Thanks for helping. I've managed to get my answer from linux-rdma.
MV2_USE_RDMA_CM is the environment variable that I need.

Hi Wei,
Yes, you can tell the MVAPICH2 library to use a particular service level
by setting the environment variable MV2_DEFAULT_SERVICE_LEVEL to the
desired value.
eg: mpirun_rsh -np <num_procs> <host_list>
MV2_DEFAULT_SERVICE_LEVEL=<desired SL> <path to executable>
