[mvapich-discuss] Bug in mvapich2 1.4 users guide regarding building for Totalview support

In section 5.2.12, it says to add the following options to build mvapich2
with totalview support:

Configure MVAPICH2 with the configure options --enable-g=dbg --enable-sharedlibs=kind
     --enable-debuginfo in addition to the default options and then build MVAPICH2

For --enable-sharedlibs, "kind" is not an option.  Only gcc and osx-gcc
are options.
