Can you provide more details on your adapter and the characteristics of
the provider library. It does not appear to be a standard InfiniBand
adapter. Is it an iWARP adapter?

Since we do not have access to such adapters, it is hard to determine what
is going on here. More details about the adapter and its
characteristics will be helpful.
