[mvapich-discuss] Why cannot I get the mpirun_rsh command?

Hi, there
I try to build mvapich-1.1 by using make.mvapich.tcp. GCC and gfortran are
used to compile the source file.
I work on the vritual machine created by vmware workstation on vista. The
guest os is SLES-11, gcc-4.3.2,Ethern

I test the mpirun command after building. It works fine.
But I cannot find the mpirun_rsh command in bin folder.

Can anybody show me why?
