 For example I have 
    host1 ib0   base lid 10, multi lid 11
    host2 ib0   base lid 15, multi lid 16
 
 Topology:
 host0 - switch0 - host1
       \         / 
         switch1
 
 I can change route to host0 and host1
     host0 -> switch0 -> host1
     host1 <- switch1 <- host0
 
 LMC = 1
 
 And I want set this ratio:
     mpi proc 0 rank 0 lid 11
     mpi proc 1 rank 1 lid 16
 
 How i can do it ?
