[mvapich-discuss] mpi_allgather performance at high core counts question

I am posting this note for information to the mvapich-discuss users. I had
an off-the-list discussion with Howard. We have not received any report
related to performance issues observed on the TACC system for
mpi_allgather with mvapich2 stack.
