[mvapich-discuss] Problem building MVAPICH-1.0.2p1 with OFED-1.2.5.1/Intel 10.1

I am having problems building the latest MVAPICH (1.0.2p1) with the
latest Intel Compiler.  I am trying to build this in the same
way as I built MVAPICH-1.0.1 with Intel 9.1.  I have attached the
changes to the make.mvapich2.ofa script below.

I am getting the following error messages:

The make.mvapich2.ofa file does have the -DMPID_USE_SEQUENCE_NUMBERS define listed.  I don't see it
making it to this call though.

I am building the code as:


env OPEN_IB_HOME=/usr PREFIX=/opt/mvapich/2-1.0.1_ofed-1.2.5.1-intel10.1 CC=icc CXX=icc F77=ifort F90=ifort ./make.mvapich2.ofa

This build line worked with MVAPICH-1.0.1 and Intel 9.1.
