[mvapich-discuss] Question on VIADEV_ENABLE_AFFINITY and VIADEV_USE_AFFINITY

Dear mvapich,

I was asked to use VIADEV_ENABLE_AFFINITY=0 to disable the CPU binding, 
but reading the MVAPICH1.1 User and Tuning Guide, I only find 
VIADEV_USE_AFFINITY env.  Here comes my question.  Does mvapich has 
VIADEV_ENABLE_AFFINITY env? if so  what is the difference between these 
two?
