[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH2-1.0 cannot run with 1024 prosseors.

A few additional fixes have gone into MVAPICH2-1.0 after the
release. Can you try the version from MVAPICH2-1.0 branch from the SVN
and let us know if the problem persists.  This has all these fixes.
We plan to bring out MVAPICH2-1.0.1 with these fixes soon. In the mean
time, if you prefer a tarball, we can generate one and send it to you
too. Let us know if you need this.
