Yes, we are aware of the issues with this particular setup. It was done
mostly to allow compatability with a previously released 0.9.7-MLX
versionin OFED 1.1. A much simpler protocol is being tested for future
releases to allow much greater speed on startup for large clusters. LLNL
has also contributed another version we are evaluating. We will let you
know about these in the future before formal releases to coordinate
support.
