This option is now in the mvapich2-0.9.8 svn branch and already available
with the latest MVAPICH2 SRPM for OFED 1.2.

$ svn co https://mvapich.cse.ohio-state.edu/svn/mpi/mvapich2/branches/0.9.8/ mvapich2

You can enable RDMA_FAST_PATH by having MV2_ENABLE_RDMA_FAST_PATH=1 in
your environment.
