We are now runnig mvapich2-0.9.8 from trunk with GNU/INTEL compilers 
without any problems. All blas/blacs/lapack/scalapakc test and programs
completed succesfully ;-) Thanks for the fixes and support

PS) For VASP users we fixed an error.

We found an error in VASP that goes unnoticed when using CISCO-TOPSPIN 
mpi, but leads to a 'Too many communicators' error when using MVAPICH mpi.

This error is caused by calling repeatedly the PROCMAP subroutine to 
define a suitable BLACS-context. The problem can be solved by removing 
the blacs context handle that is not used anymore before calling PROCMAP.
