[mvapich-discuss] Dual port HCA back-to-back woes

Hi,

Thank you very much for your suggestion.
MVAPICH2 is really work on my cluster.
Dual port configuration also works, since disconnecting of one cable 
leads to program aborting. Unfortunately there is no performance benefit 
to use 2 port on my program (Gromacs molecular dynamics simulation). But 
using MVAPICH2 the program works much faster then MVAPICH version.
