[mvapich-discuss] Couldn’t modify SRQ limit

Hi,

I have 24 nodes with the same Infiniband HCAs:
Silversotrm 9000 DDR (MT25208 InfiniHost III Ex),
Firmware 4.8.200.

However they are different:
- 11 nodes: Supermicro H8DCR, AMD Opteron 280, 8GB DDR
- 13 nodes: Supermicro H8DMR (Socket F), AMD Opteron 2216, 8GB DDR2

I'm using MVAPICH 0.9.8 (compiled with PGI 6.2) and OFED 1.1 on SLES 10.

Using a simple send/recv test repeated infinitely:

- on the first 11 nodes (H8DCR) it's all ok
- on the other nodes (H8DMR) I get the "Couldn’t modify SRQ limit"
  error message after a while

Following MVAPICH user guide it seems that my HCA doesn’t support
the 'ibv_modify_srq' feature.... but only on the H8DMR!!?!?!

can anyone help me please?
