[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH2 VAPI Multirail?

MVAPICH2 team,

Does MVAPICH2 support vapi_multirail (as MVAPICH does?) I know that
the Gen2 device does and I should switch, etc., etc., but there are
other forces at work that make this unlikely in the near term.

If so, how do I enable it? (Perhaps I have overlooked something simple?)
