[mvapich-discuss] configure option "--with-f95nag"

Hi,

I had been trying to get MPI binaries, compiled with the NAG Fortran 
compiler 5.0, running on Linux/amd64. After some unsuccessful tests 
(resulting in a segfault in MPI_Init), I found that I had to add 
"--with-f95nag" to the configure command in make.mvapich.gen2 when
compiling mvapich-0.9.7 . 

Can someone explain what "--with-f95nag" actually does besides setting
FC,F77,F90 to "f95" ?
