<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">The Site T1 FSE FLAIR sequence has a ring-like artifact that I often see in FSE imaging in the phase-encoding direction, more so on some scanners than others. When I encounter this, I first disable flow compensation,
if it is enabled, and then I try swapping frequency- and phase-encoding directions. The width of and spacing between the rings should vary with echo train length and echo spacing - the tighter the echo train and the shorter the echo spacing, the narrower
the rings. Dropping phase matrix relative to the frequency matrix probably makes matters worse. Admittedly, I am speculating a bit here...<o:p></o:p></span></p>
