<p class="MsoNormal">Thank you for bringing up this suggestion—it's a great point and certainly one that many of us in the field can relate to! While the access model for IEC standards isn't quite the same as what we enjoy for NCRP, ICRP, and ICRU reports,
I wanted to let you know that AAPM has made arrangements for member access to IEC standards. The current setup allows members view only access to the standards, though it is limited to three users at a time. If you'd like to review a particular standard, all
you need to do is identify the specific document and reach out to the AAPM point of contact. They'll set you up with a link for a specified period. Farhana used to manage these requests, but I believe Lisa S. is handling them now—if not, Lisa will certainly
direct you to the right person.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Additionally, there are ongoing efforts to keep members informed about IEC activities. In many years, there are sessions and talks at the annual meeting that cover IEC standards and initiatives. In fact, I'll be presenting at the annual
meeting this year alongside two industry colleagues, focusing specifically on standards related to Rad & Fluoro. If you're interested in previous sessions, you'll find them archived in the AAPM library.<o:p></o:p></p>
