So the lesson is to screen everyone entering the magnet room, however briefly? This should already be standard practice, so it raises the question of why he wasn't screened: poorly defined processes, miscommunication between staff, staff not trained on screening
procedures/requirements, overscheduling leading to rushing to try to meet an unrealistic workload? Hopefully there will be a deeper investigation than just "tragic accident, then end".</div>
