<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">To encourage a variety of perspectives and limit unwanted emails, list members should limit the number of replies they make in each thread. Additional posts by one person on a topic should introduce new
perspectives, avoiding reiterating prior statements or delivering successive rebuttals to opposing viewpoints. It is expected that if the topic remains interesting to the community, others will contribute, and the conversation will not be dominated by a few
voices. <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level2 lfo3">Members should consider responding directly to individuals off-list for comments that are not of general interest to
<u>most</u> members.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">Professionalism: Discussions should remain professional and constructive. Personal attacks and inflammatory language will not be tolerated. If there is a concern about a post, please contact the author directly
or the list administrators rather than engaging in public disputes. List administrators will address most issues offline, directly with individuals involved.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">Moderation & Enforcement:<o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">
