Up until now my practice has been to follow the ALA/LC table for Hebrew. If I don't find a particular Aramaic word in Even-Shoshan or Alkalay, i turn to Jastrow, Sefaria, Comprehensive Aramaic Lexicon (covers all dialects). </div>
