You don't have an error so potentially you could add the new information in a 670 and 046 without modifying the heading. Is that what should be done here? I don't know but it might be something that the new PCC group that was recently announced (that will
provide decisions and responses posted to quriees posted to the PCClist I can't remember exactly when this group was announced or who was on it). So you might want to post your query there as well.</div>
