<p class="MsoNormal">I set up a template (constant data) in OCLC based on information given to me by a Beinecke archivist, Karen Spicher. I have created two images to capture the entire template, which I have attached to this email. We were not using RDA
for these records. Our ketubot cataloging project was a collaborative project with Nanette Stahl, Julie Cohen and myself.

<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">We do not have experience at Stanford with any Ketubot collections. NLI put their collection online way back in the day (under the project leadership of Elhanan Adler; you might take a look at the online exhibition
at Yale's Beinecke library which has digitized their ketubah collection. The images are accopmanied by very full descriptive cataloging (example: <a href="https://brbl-dl.library.yale.edu/vufind/Record/3442522">https://brbl-dl.library.yale.edu/vufind/Record/3442522</a>̲). <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Also there are a number of records created by Yeshiva University for their ketubot collection in OCLC which were created as "Type of record: Mixed materials.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
