<span lang="HE" dir="RTL">â </span>has a dagesh in it due to the unaccentented vowel in the
<span lang="HE" dir="RTL">à </span>and therefore the <span lang="HE" dir="RTL">ùåò
</span>under the <span lang="HE" dir="RTL">â </span>would be a <span lang="HE" dir="RTL">
ðò</span><span dir="LTR"></span><span dir="LTR"></span>. The Alcalay that I have on desk does have a
