If you want to know what the requirements are for situations in which there are two or more places of publication, you can go to RDA 2.8.2 which tells you that the core element states "<div class="subtitle-footnote" id="rda2-20226"><div class="para" id="rda2-20227">If more than one place of publication appears on the source of information, only the first recorded is required."</div><div class="para">If you are an LC cataloger or creating a PCC record then you would need to check if there is an associated LC-PCC PS. In this case, there is and you would follow the rules that are recorded within the policy statement. </div><div class="para">Of course, you are always allowed to add more information than what is the core requirement.
